Not sure I really trust the guy when it comes to maahgaritas (he’s a scotch guy), but this recipe keeps to my (semi) purist tendancies.  And, of course, the agave nectar is always a win.  Except, who in the right mind capitalizes the letters to agave nectar and not Tequila…  prioritites, you gotta keep your priorities straight.

1.5 ounces tequila

1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 

.5 ounce Cointreau

2 - 3 t of agave nectar
